Abstract

We design a multi-effective nanoplatform (CeO:Nd@SiO@CeO:Yb,Er@SiO-RB/MB/CD36) with down/upconversion dual-mode emissions and targeting ability in foam macrophages. Under NIR excitation, this nanoplatform can realize NIR-II imaging and PDT/PTT coordinated therapy for early AS simultaneously.
