Abstract
Tumour development in a bladder diverticulum can cause diagnostic difficulties. We report a case of carcinoma in a diverticulum evaluated by transurethral ultrasonography. Based on the reported case, we would recommend transurethral ultrasonography of the bladder in patients with diverticula and haematuria of unknown cause.
