Abstract
23 patients with proven herpetic dendritic keratitis have been treated with combined blunt spatula debridement and trifluorothymidine. The treatment was remarkably well tolerated. Average epithelial healing time was 2.50 days. Our results suggest that at present the described treatment seems to be one of the best available treatments in herpetic dendritic keratitis.
摘要
23例确诊为疱疹性树枝状角膜炎的患者接受了钝头刮匙清创术联合三氟胸腺嘧啶治疗。该治疗耐受性良好。平均上皮愈合时间为2.50天。我们的结果表明，目前所述治疗似乎是疱疹性树枝状角膜炎现有的最佳治疗方法之一。
