Abstract
We present a surgical technique for the management of large urethral fistulas associated with urinary incontinence in the female. The repair consists of the development of a well-vascularized proximal vaginal flap and a needle suspension procedure. Two females underwent such repair and are incontinence-free with normal micturition.
