A 44-year-old man presented with the chief complaint of intermittent claudication of the left leg. A femoral arteriogram demonstrated a 5 cm block of the proximal area of the popliteal artery. The occluded segment was replaced by an autogenous vein graft. This case seems to be an unusual type of popliteal artery entrapment syndrome due to compression by the greater adductor muscle.
