In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of was determined for the first time. Results showed the mitogenome was 16 565 bp, including 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes and 2 non-coding regions. The overall base composition of its mitochondrial genome was 28.9% A, 25.2% T, 28.7% C and 17.2% G. Phylogenetic tree revealed that had the closest relationship with , which was also found in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan province. In general, this study provided valuable information for conservation genetics analyses of and further displayed the evolution of species within the genus .
在本研究中,首次测定了[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组。结果显示,该线粒体基因组为16565bp,包括2个核糖体RNA基因、22个转运RNA基因、13个蛋白质编码基因和2个非编码区。其线粒体基因组的总体碱基组成为:A占28.9%、T占25.2%、C占28.7%、G占17.2%。系统发育树显示,[物种名称]与[另一物种名称]的关系最为密切,后者在湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州也有发现。总体而言,本研究为[物种名称]的保护遗传学分析提供了有价值的信息,并进一步展示了该属物种的进化情况。
