A case of drug-induced lupus erythematosus associated with erythema multiforme due to nitrofurantoin is presented. This case differs from those previously reported in that no pulmonary infiltrate was found. In 21 months, there was a complete clinical and serologic remission after nitrofurantoin was withdrawn from the therapeutic regimen.
