[Endolymphatic antibiotic therapy in acute inflammatory diseases in urological practice].

Enteral, intramuscular or intravenous antibiotic therapy is the basic current method of treating acute inflammatory diseases of the scrotum. However, the efficacy of the treatment is not always sufficient. A new endolymphatic method of antibiotic administration is discussed. Its high efficacy is shown. The method provides a more rapid clinical recovery and decreases the number of complications. A history of a patient given a treatment course with endolymphatic administration of the antibiotic is presented. Endolymphatic administration of antibiotics is recommended as the main method of antibiotic therapy in treatment of patients with acute inflammatory diseases of the scrotum.
