The "enhanced "Goldilocks mastectomy technique, characterized by nipple preservation or grafting and utilizing the fifth perforator anatomy, offers a sound approach to reconstruction in comorbid and large-breasted patients. This paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, and real-world application of Goldilocks mastectomy in enhancing breast reconstruction outcomes and meeting patients' diverse needs.
