We report on epitheloid cell reactions, forming small and large nodules within the primarily affected regional lymph nodes in malignant melanoma. The importance of such granulomas for the interpretation of lymphoscintigraphic findings is pointed out. We discuss the histogenesis and different patterns of these tumor-specific reactions. In addition, the question whether these granulomas are the result of an enhanced immunologic tumor surveillance will be under discussion.
我们报道了恶性黑色素瘤主要受累区域淋巴结内形成小的和大的结节的上皮样细胞反应。指出了此类肉芽肿对于解释淋巴闪烁造影结果的重要性。我们讨论了这些肿瘤特异性反应的组织发生及不同模式。此外，这些肉芽肿是否是免疫性肿瘤监测增强的结果这一问题也将进行讨论。
