Bleeding into solitary hepatic tuberculoma. Report of a case treated by resection.

A hepatic tuberculoma complicated by bleeding was treated with extended right lobectomy. Laparotomy was indicated by preoperative investigations suggesting intratumour haemorrhage. The final diagnosis was determined after histologic examination.
