We present a genome assembly from an individual female (the white-tailed eagle; Chordata; Aves; Accipitriformes; Accipitridae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1,320.30 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 34 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z and W sex chromosomes. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 17,501 protein-coding genes.
我们展示了一个来自一只雌性白尾海雕（脊索动物门；鸟纲；鹰形目；鹰科）的基因组组装结果。该基因组序列全长13.203亿碱基对。大部分组装序列被构建成34条染色体假分子，包括Z和W性染色体。在Ensembl上对该组装序列进行的基因注释识别出17501个蛋白质编码基因。
