Secondary amyloidosis was found in a 72-year-old woman suffering from renal carcinoma with fatal nephrotic syndrome. The frequency of secondary amyloidosis accompanying renal carcinoma was 2.9% according to 238 postmortems of renal carcinoma between 1961 and 1975 years.
