Abstract
In 25 cases of germinal testicular tumours of the adult, a technique of indirect immunoperoxydase was applied to histological sections with the aim of demonstrating a substance reacting with an anti-beta HCG antibody (sub-unit of chorionic gonadotrophin hormone). If the experimental conditions were appropriate, the substance should actually be beta HCG.

在25例成年男性睾丸生殖细胞瘤中，运用间接免疫过氧化物酶技术对组织切片进行处理，目的是检测一种能与抗β人绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体（绒毛膜促性腺激素的亚基）发生反应的物质。如果实验条件合适，该物质实际上应为β人绒毛膜促性腺激素。
