We report a primary congenital coronary artery fistula with left-to-right shunt to the coronary sinus in a 71 year old female. The angiographic proof was by supravalvular aortography.
我们报告了一例71岁女性原发性先天性冠状动脉瘘，伴有从左向右分流至冠状窦。血管造影证据通过瓣上主动脉造影获得。
