Abstract
219 patients radically operated on for large bowel cancer were followed up for 1-16 years. Polyps were detected in 81 patients (37%) (malignant ones--9.6%), relapse in anastomosis--9 (4.1%) and metachronous tumors in 5 (2.3%). Cases operated on for cancer of the rectum and left half of the colon were at particularly high risk for recurrence development.
摘要
对219例行根治性手术的大肠癌患者进行了1至16年的随访。81例患者（37%）检测到息肉（恶性息肉占9.6%），吻合口复发9例（4.1%），异时性肿瘤5例（2.3%）。直肠癌和结肠左半侧癌手术患者的复发风险特别高。
