[Hygienic approaches to effective nutrition of students in the North].

Investigations made by the author permitted derivation of the physiological standards of nutrition and energy expenditures for the students of different ages at boarding schools and industrial-engineering colleges. The indicators of the disease incidence among the students and their health status served as criteria of the efficacy of the standards offered.
