Abstract
A 32-year-old woman with persistent knee pain, similar to that caused by a meniscus tear, was found to have a subperiosteal osteoid osteoma of the medial condyle of the knee. Osteoid osteoma with this presentation and location does not seem to have been reported previously.

一名32岁女性，膝关节持续疼痛，类似半月板撕裂所致，经检查发现其膝关节内侧髁有骨膜下骨样骨瘤。此前似乎尚未有关于这种表现及部位的骨样骨瘤的报道。
