Abstract
As a result of cybernetic and physiological concepts the importance of goal-directed formulation of a motor task with a specific load within the training process is outlined. Selected experiments of adaptation of skeletal motor drives to specific loads under isometric, isokinetic and isotonic working conditions are represented.
