Abstract

Different surgical approaches have been described for pulmonary valve replacement in patients with pulmonary regurgitation post tetralogy of Fallot repair-repeat median sternotomy, left anterior or antero-lateral thoracotomy, and left posterolateral thoracotomy. Every approach has its merits and drawbacks. In this case report, we describe a technique of pulmonary valve replacement and left pulmonary arterioplasty through left vertical axillary thoracotomy. The procedure was safe, efficient, and quick, and had a cosmetically better outcome.

摘要

对于法洛四联症修复术后出现肺动脉反流的患者，已经描述了不同的手术入路——重复正中胸骨切开术、左前或前外侧开胸术以及左后外侧开胸术。每种入路都有其优缺点。在本病例报告中，我们描述了一种通过左垂直腋下开胸进行肺动脉瓣置换和左肺动脉成形术的技术。该手术安全、高效、快速，并且在美观方面有更好的效果。
