Abstract

-Enoxyimides are versatile and valuable synthetic synthons in modern organic synthesis and catalysis. Herein, a silver-catalyzed hydrooxyimidation of terminal alkynes that enables the synthesis of -enoxyimides, has been demonstrated. The protocol features are simple, step- and atom-efficient, scalable, and exhibit a broad scope of functional group tolerance under mild conditions. A novel hydrolysis of the -enoxyimides unexpectedly provides the corresponding aromatic oximes in 96% yield, showing the potential application of this strategy.

烯氧基酰亚胺是现代有机合成和催化中用途广泛且有价值的合成子。在此,已证明了一种银催化的末端炔烃的羟基酰亚胺化反应,该反应能够合成烯氧基酰亚胺。该方法具有操作简单、步骤和原子经济性高、可扩展的特点,并且在温和条件下对官能团具有广泛的耐受性。烯氧基酰亚胺的一种新型水解反应意外地以96%的产率提供了相应的芳香肟,显示了该策略的潜在应用。
