Abstract
The paper is concerned with the general organizational principles of the quality guarantee programme in nuclear medicine at all levels of the health care system and with the significance of its implementation in order to improve the quality of radionuclide diagnostic studies, to lessen radiation exposures and to utilize resources effectively.
