Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the stomach is a rare lesion. Fewer than 80 such cases are found in the literature. The present case meets strict criteria and, despite direct extension into the liver, an aggressive surgical resection followed by chemotherapy seems to have effected a cure.
原发性胃鳞状细胞癌是一种罕见的病变。文献中报道的此类病例不到80例。本病例符合严格的标准，尽管肿瘤已直接侵犯肝脏，但积极的手术切除并辅以化疗似乎已实现治愈。
