Abstract
Endoscopic retrograde pancreatograms of five cases of hereditary pancreatitis in one family are presented. The appearance of the pancreatic duct was abnormal in all cases but no findings were specific to hereditary pancreatitis. In two of the cases the only abnormality was dilatation of the secondary pancreatic ducts or caudal area ducts.

本文展示了一个家族中5例遗传性胰腺炎患者的内镜逆行胰胆管造影图像。所有病例的胰管表现均异常，但均未发现遗传性胰腺炎的特异性表现。其中2例患者唯一的异常是二级胰管或胰尾区域导管扩张。
