Abstract
The present study investigated the actions of cocaine, phencyclidine and amfonelic acid upon the formation and release of dopamine in synaptosomes in the brain of the rat in the presence of tetrabenazine and reserpine. The results suggest that these three stimulants may act upon selective intraneuronal vesicles, heterogeneously associated with the formation of dopamine from phenylalanine and tyrosine.

本研究在丁苯那嗪和利血平存在的情况下，研究了可卡因、苯环己哌啶和安福芬酸对大鼠脑突触体中多巴胺形成和释放的作用。结果表明，这三种兴奋剂可能作用于选择性神经元内囊泡，这些囊泡与由苯丙氨酸和酪氨酸形成多巴胺的过程存在异质性关联。
