Thirteen cases of concomitant trochanteric and shaft fracture of the same femur are reported. The hip fracture was initially missed in two cases. Osteosynthesis of both fractures was performed in ten cases. Both fractures healed in the 12 cases followed for 6 months or more. Osteosynthesis of both fractures is recommended, preferably by fixation with angled or straight plates, and Ender nailing in selected cases.
报告了13例同侧股骨转子间与股骨干合并骨折的病例。最初有2例漏诊了髋部骨折。10例对两处骨折均进行了骨固定术。随访6个月或更长时间的12例患者两处骨折均愈合。建议对两处骨折均进行骨固定术，最好使用角度钢板或直板固定，在特定病例中可采用伊氏针内固定。
