Five cases of lipomas of the diaphragm are reviewed, and findings on computed tomography and conventional radiography are compared. Due to the high specificity of computed tomography in identifying fat-containing structures, the diagnosis of lipoma was established with certainty. In repeated chest roentgenograms during an average follow-up of 14 months, there was no change in the appearance of the masses in the patients' diaphragms.
回顾了5例膈肌脂肪瘤病例，并比较了计算机断层扫描（CT）和传统放射学检查的结果。由于CT在识别含脂肪结构方面具有高度特异性，脂肪瘤的诊断得以明确。在平均14个月的随访期间进行的多次胸部X线检查中，患者膈肌肿物的外观无变化。
