In recent years, carbon dots (CDs) with fluorescence imaging function have been widely used in biomedicine, electronic manufacturing and environmental monitoring. However, monochromatic fluorescence is often limited by the application environment and loses its effectiveness. Here, we carefully designed white fluorescent CDs (WF-CDs) by solvothermal method, which is used for fluorescence imaging applications under different environmental conditions. WF-CDs based on nitrogen doping can produce obvious emission peaks at 640 nm, 490 nm and 400 nm, respectively, corresponding to red, green and blue (RGB) bands in the three primary colors. The full wavelength emission was realized by changing the solvent types and pH values to adjust the emission peak intensity. WF-CDs can accurately detect Fe concentration according to fluorescence extinction degree (fluorescence elimination rate reaches 95.34 %). Furthermore, WF-CDs has practical applications in cell-level fluorescence imaging, near-infrared fluorescence imaging and ultraviolet anti-counterfeiting, and has broad application prospects in the fields of nano-medicine and industrial manufacturing.
近年来,具有荧光成像功能的碳点(CDs)已广泛应用于生物医学、电子制造和环境监测领域。然而,单色荧光常常受应用环境限制而失效。在此,我们通过溶剂热法精心设计了白色荧光碳点(WF-CDs),用于不同环境条件下的荧光成像应用。基于氮掺杂的WF-CDs分别在640 nm、490 nm和400 nm处产生明显的发射峰,对应于三原色中的红、绿、蓝(RGB)波段。通过改变溶剂类型和pH值来调节发射峰强度,实现了全波长发射。WF-CDs能够根据荧光猝灭程度准确检测铁离子浓度(荧光消除率达到95.34 %)。此外,WF-CDs在细胞水平荧光成像、近红外荧光成像和紫外防伪方面具有实际应用,在纳米医学和工业制造领域具有广阔的应用前景。
