We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the Common Blue; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Lycaenidae). The genome sequence is 512 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 23 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the assembled Z chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.6 kilobases long. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 13,350 protein-coding genes.
我们展示了一个雄性个体（普通蓝蝶；节肢动物门；昆虫纲；鳞翅目；灰蝶科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列跨度为512兆碱基。大部分组装序列被构建成23条染色体假分子，包括组装好的Z染色体。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为15.6千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装序列进行的基因注释鉴定出13350个蛋白质编码基因。
