Abstract
Experiments on white male rats with novodrine-induced heart necrosis have shown that carnitine chloride increases the conjugation of respiration and phosphorylation in heart mitochondria of intact rats. The prophylactic and therapeutic application of the drug has a beneficial effect on energy formation in the myocardium. It is advisable to use carnitine for energodynamic heart insufficiency.
摘要
对用新福林诱导心脏坏死的雄性白鼠进行的实验表明，氯化肉碱可增强正常大鼠心脏线粒体中呼吸与磷酸化的偶联。该药物的预防性和治疗性应用对心肌能量生成有有益作用。对于能量动力性心脏功能不全，使用肉碱是可取的。
