[Adenocarcinoma of the cervical esophagus. Association with a gastric heterotopia].

Adenocarcinoma of the cervical esophagus is a very rare lesion. A case is reported of this tumor developing in the presence of gastric heterotopia of mucosa of cervical esophagus. The integrity of the remaining esophageal mucosa eliminates the possibility of cancer developing on an endobrachyesophagus. The association in a young patient of an adenocarcinoma of cervical esophagus and gastric heterotopia is suggestive of a pathologic relation.
