This case report presents two illustrative cases of cyclic alternating pattern of encephalopathy, showcasing its distinct quantitative EEG signature alongside observed correlations with cardiorespiratory fluctuations. Recognizing cyclic alternating pattern encephalopathy patterns may provide clinicians with an actionable marker, guiding timely interventions and potentially improving outcomes in critically ill patients.
