The authors provide the data concerning changes in humoral and cellular immunity as well as factors of nonspecific defense under the effect of a new treatment method for frequently relapsing peptic ulcer. The method is based on administering a granulocyte concentrate by ulcer pricking around. It was noted that in peptic ulcer patients, humoral and cellular immunity returned to normal as did the factors of nonspecific defense.
