[Value of cerebral angiography in the diagnosis of traumatic lesions of large intracranial vessels].

402 patients suffering from intracranial complications as a result of cranial trauma underwent cerebral angiography and were subject of a retrospective analysis. Incidence and type of injury to the great intracranial vessels were examined and correlated to operation reports and post-mortem findings respectively.
