Occlusal cant is often perceived by both patients and dental practitioners as an aesthetic concern. While occlusal cant due to skeletal discrepancies or severe cases may necessitate surgical intervention, dental occlusal cant can be corrected through orthodontic treatment. This case series demonstrates the successful management of occlusal cant with asymmetric overbite using a novel approach: unilateral bite turbo attached to the lingual surface of a lateral incisor, canine, or both. The results, applicable to both labial and lingual orthodontic mechanics, suggest that dental occlusal cant can be effectively addressed using this simple and minimally invasive bite turbo technique.
患者和牙科医生通常都认为咬合斜面是一个美学问题。虽然由于骨骼差异或严重病例导致的咬合斜面可能需要手术干预，但牙齿咬合斜面可以通过正畸治疗来矫正。本病例系列展示了一种使用新颖方法成功处理伴有不对称覆牙合的咬合斜面的方法：在侧切牙、尖牙或两者的舌面附着单侧咬合垫。该结果适用于唇侧和舌侧正畸力学，表明使用这种简单且微创的咬合垫技术可以有效解决牙齿咬合斜面问题。
