Abstract

INTRODUCTION

This study evaluated BMD using radiomorphometric indices from conebeam computed tomography (CBCT) scans of the mandible, comparing them with dualenergy Xray absorptiometry (DEXA) scans of the spine.

RESULTS

The study emphasizes the robustness of DEXAderived T scores for assessing bone health and guiding treatment in postmenopausal women.
