Multiple giant fusiform aneurysms are uncommon. We report such a case of multiple giant fusiform aneurysms involving both internal carotid arteries and the basilar artery associated with hydrocephalus. The neurological deficits presented in this case were due to pontine infarction, which was suspected to be produced by thrombosis from the aneurysm, and a hydrocephalus might have been caused by a "water-hammering" effect of the elongated basilar artery.
多发性巨大梭形动脉瘤并不常见。我们报告了这样一例涉及双侧颈内动脉和基底动脉的多发性巨大梭形动脉瘤病例,该病例还伴有脑积水。该病例出现的神经功能缺损是由于脑桥梗死,怀疑是由动脉瘤血栓形成所致,而脑积水可能是由于延长的基底动脉的“水锤”效应引起的。
