Treatment of post-liposuction skin irregularities (PLSI), a complication of liposuction, can be challenging.
Considering the increasing request of treatment of PLSI, the aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CaHA diluted/hyperdiluted to PLSI.
A retrospective study on a total of eight PLSI areas in six women treated with CaHA diluted/hyperdiluted was performed. Efficacy was estimated on pictures of affected areas collected before and four months after treatment, according to the recently validated PLSI scale and Student's t-test for paired samples was performed to analyze data. Eventual adverse events were used to evaluate safety.
Our results showed a statistically significant improvement of number and depth of depressions and a trend toward reduction of skin laxity.
This study reported the efficacy and safety of CaHA diluted/hyperdiluted for PLSI treatment. Larger studies are encouraged to support the results of this pilot study.
抽脂术后皮肤不平整（PLSI）是抽脂手术的一种并发症，其治疗颇具挑战性。
鉴于对PLSI治疗的需求不断增加，本研究旨在评估稀释/超稀释羟基磷灰石钙（CaHA）治疗PLSI的疗效和安全性。
对6名接受稀释/超稀释CaHA治疗的女性的8个PLSI区域进行了回顾性研究。根据最近验证的PLSI量表，通过治疗前和治疗后四个月收集的患区图片评估疗效，并采用配对样本的学生t检验分析数据。通过最终的不良事件评估安全性。
我们的结果显示，凹陷的数量和深度有统计学意义的改善，皮肤松弛有减轻趋势。
本研究报告了稀释/超稀释CaHA治疗PLSI的疗效和安全性。鼓励开展更大规模的研究以支持本初步研究的结果。
