[Abortion following recent myocardial infarct].

There is reported about a 42 years old woman suffering from a myocardial infarction in the 9th weeks of pregnancy. According to her wish the pregnancy was interrupted in the 22nd gestational week by hysterotomy and sterilization of tube. Probable causes, frequency and prognosis are discussed. References are made to the therapeutical action.
