During the observations period of 30 months extraperitoneal cesarean section was applied in 14 cases, i.e. 4,6% of the total number of cesarean sections. The risk of the infection was in all the cases serious. Postoperative recovery of the patients was satisfactory. This technique can be applied in risk cases as a surgical form of infections prophylaxis.
在30个月的观察期内，14例行腹膜外剖宫产术，占剖宫产总数的4.6%。所有病例感染风险均很严重。患者术后恢复情况良好。该技术可应用于存在感染风险的病例，作为一种预防感染的手术方式。
