Some recent observations on the extraperitoneal cesarean section.

During the observations period of 30 months extraperitoneal cesarean section was applied in 14 cases, i.e. 4,6% of the total number of cesarean sections. The risk of the infection was in all the cases serious. Postoperative recovery of the patients was satisfactory. This technique can be applied in risk cases as a surgical form of infections prophylaxis.
