Abstract
Inguinal neonatal hernias are common, but testicular gangrene without bowel involvement is rare. We report such a case of strangulated hernia where the bowel loop was healthy and viable but the testes was gangrenous. This case highlights testicular vascular compromise in neonatal strangulated inguinal hernias, even without bowel involvement.
摘要
新生儿腹股沟疝很常见，但无肠管受累的睾丸坏疽却很罕见。我们报告了这样一例绞窄性疝病例，其中肠袢健康且存活，但睾丸发生了坏疽。该病例凸显了新生儿绞窄性腹股沟疝中即使无肠管受累也会出现睾丸血管受损的情况。
