Abstract

Contrast enhancement of intraperitoneal fluid was observed on CT after intravenous contrast medium injection in a patient who had had a cesarean section 2 weeks earlier. Correct analysis of this finding led to prompt discovery of a clinically unsuspected partial right ureteral disruption by a hemostatic suture. At surgery the diagnosis was confirmed and the ureter repaired.

在一名两周前接受剖宫产手术的患者中，静脉注射造影剂后CT观察到腹腔内液体有对比增强。对这一发现的正确分析促使迅速发现了临床上未被怀疑的右侧输尿管部分被止血缝线撕裂的情况。手术中确诊了该诊断并对输尿管进行了修复。
