During an ichthyoparasitological survey in northeast Thailand in 2015, four species of acanthocephalans were found in four species of freshwater fishes. Adult stages of Wongkham & Whitfield, 1999 and sp. (Eoacanthocephala, Quadrigyridae) were collected from (Anabantiformes, Channidae) and (Siluriformes, Bagridae), respectively, and cystacanths of sp. (Palaeacanthocephala, Polymorphidae) were found on the visceral organs of (Siluriformes, Bagridae). Adult acanthocephalans of the subgenus Acanthosentis Verma & Dutta, 1929 isolated from (Cypriniformes, Cyprinidae) were morphologically distinct from all described species of the subgenus in the arrangement of rings of tegumental spines in two fields with a more or less pronounced distance between them, and by the presence of a dome-shaped process with a ring of small spines at the base at the posterior end in females. Molecular data were generated for three species and phylogenetic analysis based on the 18S rDNA clearly supported the generic identification of Acanthogyrus (Acanthosentis) barbonymi and While the phylogenetic position of the former species within the genus could not be clarified, the latter species formed a well-supported sister lineage in a clade with isolates of four congeneric species. Acanthogyrus (Acanthosentis) barbonymi is formally described, the first genetic data for are generated, a species of the genus Datta, 1947 is reported for the first time outside the Indian subcontinent, and a key to the species of the latter genus is presented.
2015年在泰国东北部进行鱼类寄生虫学调查期间,在4种淡水鱼中发现了4种棘头虫。1999年的Wongkham & Whitfield种和新种(棘头虫纲,四棘吻科)的成虫阶段分别从攀鲈科(鲈形目)的锯齿鳢和鲿科(鲇形目)的斑鳠中采集到,多形科(古棘头虫纲)新种的囊尾蚴则在斑鳠(鲇形目,鲿科)的内脏器官上发现。从纹唇鱼(鲤形目,鲤科)中分离出的1929年Verma & Dutta的棘吻棘头虫亚属成虫,在体表棘环排列的两个区域形态上与该亚属所有已描述物种不同,两个区域之间有或多或少明显的距离,并且雌性后端基部有一个带有小刺环的圆顶状突起。对3个物种进行了分子数据测定,基于18S rDNA的系统发育分析明确支持了条纹棘吻棘头虫(棘吻棘头虫亚属)和[未提及物种名]的属级鉴定。虽然前一个物种在属内的系统发育位置无法阐明,但后一个物种在一个分支中形成了一个得到充分支持的姐妹谱系,与4个同属物种的分离株在一起。正式描述了条纹棘吻棘头虫(棘吻棘头虫亚属),首次生成了[未提及物种名]的遗传数据,首次在印度次大陆以外报道了1947年Datta属的一个物种,并给出了后一个属的物种检索表。
