The association of arterial disease and chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs poses a number of diagnostic and therapeutic problems. It is useful to define, at the time of diagnosis, which patients are suitable for further investigations (vascular function tests, angiography), in order to able to demonstrate the predominant pathophysiological disorder. The combination or these two diseases may influence the treatment modalities.
下肢动脉疾病与慢性静脉功能不全的关联带来了一些诊断和治疗方面的问题。在诊断时明确哪些患者适合进一步检查（血管功能测试、血管造影）是很有用的，以便能够证实主要的病理生理紊乱。这两种疾病的合并可能会影响治疗方式。
