[Immunoglobulins and diabetic microangiopathy].

Blood level of immunoglobulins A, M and G were studied in 166 diabetics with present or absent microangiopathy. Regardless of the significant elevation of IgA and IgG, for the whole group, reduction of IgM respectively, no significant difference was established in their level among the subgroup with present or absent retino- and nephropathy as well as among those with proliferative and non-proliferative retinopathy.
