Türkiye, positioned at the convergence of the African, Arabian, and Eurasian tectonic plates, is highly susceptible to earthquakes. The 1999 Marmara and 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes are 2 significant seismic events that have tested and shaped Türkiye's disaster management strategies. This study aims to provide a comparative analysis of these earthquakes within the framework of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, highlighting the evolution in disaster preparedness and response.
土耳其位于非洲、阿拉伯和欧亚三大板块的交汇处，极易发生地震。1999年的马尔马拉地震和2023年的卡赫拉曼马拉什地震是两次重大地震事件，检验并塑造了土耳其的灾害管理策略。本研究旨在在《仙台减少灾害风险框架》的框架内对这些地震进行比较分析，突出灾害防范和应对方面的演变。
