Abstract
To determine hydrochlorides of butobendin, carbocromen, hexobendin, lidocaine, procainamide, todrazoline in pharmaceutical preparations, two analytical techniques were applied: the direct potentiometric method (from a standard curve) using an ion-selective chloride electrode and the method of potentiometric titration using a silver electrode as well as an ion-selective chloride electrode (indirect method). A statistical analysis has been carried out, and statistical tests were applied to compare the methods used.

为测定药物制剂中布托苯定、卡波罗孟、己酮可可碱、利多卡因、普鲁卡因胺、托拉唑啉的盐酸盐，应用了两种分析技术：使用离子选择性氯离子电极的直接电位法（根据标准曲线）以及使用银电极和离子选择性氯离子电极的电位滴定法（间接法）。已进行统计分析，并应用统计检验来比较所使用的方法。
