A patient with fibromuscular dysplasia of both the left middle cerebral artery and the right renal artery is described. The patient, a 38-year-old Caucasian female, died of subarachnoid hemorrhage following rupture of a saccular aneurysm of the left middle cerebral artery one month after surgical intervention for renovascular hypertension.
