Abstract
A case of refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with renal involvement that showed marked response to cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum (II) (CDDP) is reported. It is noteworthy that there was clear dissociation of responses between the renal lesion and extrarenal ones. CDDP is considered to be useful as part of a second line or salvage therapy for refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

报告了一例难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤伴肾脏受累，对顺二氯二氨铂（II）（CDDP）表现出显著反应的病例。值得注意的是，肾脏病变与肾外病变的反应明显分离。CDDP被认为可作为难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤二线或挽救治疗的一部分。
