Abstract

Parotid metastases from prostate cancer are unusual. The distinction between a primary parotid neoplasm and a metastasis is important clinically, because the management of metastasis in castration resistant prostate cancer is different. We report a rare case of a 75 years old man, who presented a parotid metastasis from a primary prostate cancer.

前列腺癌的腮腺转移并不常见。原发性腮腺肿瘤与转移瘤之间的鉴别在临床上很重要，因为去势抵抗性前列腺癌转移瘤的治疗方法有所不同。我们报告了一例罕见病例，一名75岁男性出现了原发性前列腺癌的腮腺转移。
